Who Owns the Tickets??

All tickets sold through INTIX belong to the event organisers ( e.g. event promoters, sports teams and venues).

INTIX partners with Event Organisers across the globe providing ticketing platforms, apps and support.

The difference between a Presale and an Onsale

Using the INTIX platform, Event Organisers decide how many tickets they wish to make available to the public, how much it costs and when they want the sales to start.

In some cases, the Event Organiser may choose to arrange a "Presale" as part of a promotional campaign with a third party or to members. This is only available through the third party.

The Onsale is the date the general public will be able to purchase tickets.

Types of Tickets

As the official ticketing partner to thousands of events, festivals, sports, theatre and concerts around the world, INTIX offers the widest selection of tickets at the best possible price. By purchasing through INTIX you are assured of an official ticket to the event.

The most common types of tickets available are:

Standard ticket - The most common ticket available to the public at a price set by the Event Organiser

Resale Ticket - Resale tickets are tickets made available by fans who can no longer attend. Unlike marketplaces (Viagogo, Tixel) all our tickets are legitimate. So we know they exist and offer verification that no third party could.

VIP Ticket - Some Event Organisers offer ticket packages that include exclusive locations or additional items such as pre-show meet & greet or merchandise

The Cost of your Ticket: Prices & Fees

Event Organisers set the list price for Standard and VIP tickets. Resale tickets are sold at face value (no more getting ripped off!).

We keep our fees as low as possible. Our Fee varies by event and service level, and cover the costs of the technology, customer support, access control, marketing and fraud protection.

Finding & Using My Ticket

Once you've purchased your ticket through INTIX, getting in should be easy.

We offer Event Organisers a number of delivery options including mobile tickets, print at home and will call pickup. These options are defined by the Event Organiser.

Increasingly, we are seeing Event Organisers move to our app based ticket solution to eliminate ticket fraud.

Transfer Your Tickets

Many people attend events with friends and/ or family. In many cases it is one person purchasing multiple tickets. INTIX has developed a world-class facility to send your friends and family their tickets from your account.

In rare cases, some Event Organisers may elect to make tickets "non-transferable". This is to prevent buyers from purchasing groups of tickets solely for the purpose of reselling them at a profit.

Selling Your Ticket

When you end up with a ticket that you can't use, you should be able to sell that ticket to someone who can attend. We've made this as easy as possible from your account.

We offer a number of solutions to protect both the buyer and seller. Unlike most resale marketplaces, we only list tickets that have been originally sold through INTIX and at the price that was originally paid. That means the ticket you are buying is 100% legitimate and you will not be ripped off. Other marketplaces offer some money-back guarantees but that doesn't help you out on event day when you're denied entry for a fake ticket.
