The Perth Wildcats are excited to continue the 'Wildcubs' program in 2026 . This program provides the opportunity for young cubs to kickstart their basketball journey!!

This term-based program for 3-5 year olds, is an early-introductory basketball program, where young children can develop motor-skills and coordination, as well as learn basketball skills and fundamentals.  

Whilst the program is delivered by Perth Wildcats staff and Wildcubs coaches this is a parent/child program, where a parent/guardian is required to be on-court and actively involved in their child's basketball development.

Wildcubs Term 2 2026

Day: Monday mornings

Times: 

9:30-10:15am (session 1). 45-minute session duration. 

10:30-11:15am (session 2). 45-minute session duration. (Subject to registration numbers)

Venue: Warwick Stadium

Age: 3-5 year olds.

Experience: Beginner program

 

Program Duration: 6 sessions

Session 1: 11th May 

Session 2: 18th May 

Session 3: 25th May

(No session - 1st June)

Session 4: 8th June 

Session 5: 15th June 

Session 6: 22nd June
