Registrations for SEAT 2026 in Charlotte will go on sale on the following dates.

SEAT Membership - a new membership option for orgs

For $999, your organisation can become a SEAT member in 2026, including complimentary registration to SEAT 2026.

Open to teams, colleges, leagues or venues. 

Member ticketing options include:

• Super Early Bird - $999 - Until 10 Dec 2025 - available to staff of membership organisation. 
• Extended Early Bird - $1100 -  From 9 Feb 2026 to 31 March 2026 - as a member you'll get extended access to Early Bird prices.

Standard Registrations 

• Early Bird - $1100 - Dec 1, 2025 - Feb 8, 2026 - Available to all sports executives working on the team, college, league or venue side. 
• Standard - $1495 -  From Feb 9, 2026 - Available to all sports executives working on the team, college, league or venue side. 
• Vendor - $2495 - From Mar 31, 2026 - Vendors will get access to SEAT 2026, pending sponsorship allocations and availability.  Please reach out to our sponsorship team before March 31, as we expect strong demand.
