WUFC SPEED & STRENGTH PROGRAM - TERM 4

Centring around building explosive speed and all-round strength, the program will help participants gain a competitive edge in their sport, become fitter and reduce their risk of injury.

High-speed and powerful moments are part of every sport and with the help of the expert WUFC Academy coaches and performance staff, this program will get each young athlete in prime athletic shape to dominate on gameday.

The Program will be open for Boys & Girls born 2008-2015.

The cost for the Term will be $250 for players attending 1 session per week. For players attending 2 sessions per week, the cost will be $400.
